Instructions
Grind Chicken: Grind the chicken thighs.
Form Patties: Form chicken patties and season with barbecue rub.
Cook Patties: Sear patties until well-cooked.
Prepare Sauce: Mix blue cheese dressing with buffalo sauce.
Assemble Burger: Layer bottom bun with sauce, lettuce, chicken patty, blue cheese crumbles, middle bun, more sauce, chopped celery and carrots, second patty, and top bun.
