Instructions

  1. Prepare Brussels sprouts: Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts, remove a few outer leaves, and cut in half.
  2. Cook on low heat: Place the sprouts cut side down in a pan with oil and salt, cover, and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Increase heat and add butter: Increase the heat slightly, add a knob of butter, more salt, and pepper. Then add the Brussels sprouts leaves.
  4. Finish with sriracha: Add sriracha to taste and toss the sprouts to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
