  10. colorful vegetables - 3 cups (total)
  11. cooked rice - 3 cups

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Thinly chop the garlic and onion. Cut the beef, red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and optional green chili pepper into small pieces.
  2. Stir-fry Garlic and Onion: Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet. Add garlic and onion, stir-frying until fragrant.
  3. Add Beef: Add the beef to the skillet and stir-fry together with the garlic and onion.
  4. Add Vegetables: Stir in the kimchi, followed by the red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and any other colorful vegetables you have, including the optional green chili pepper.
  5. Add Rice and Seasonings: Once the vegetables and beef are cooked, add the cooked rice, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add Green Onion: Stir in the chopped green onion.
  7. Cook Egg: In a separate pan, make a sunny side up egg.
