Add Yogurt Mixture: Spoon the yogurt mixture over the goat in the baking pan.
Cover and Bake: Cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for 2.5 hours, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Prepare Potatoes: In a baking dish, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard, oregano, lemon juice, water, and butter.
Bake Potatoes: Add the potatoes to the oven 45 minutes before the goat is done.
Serve: Once both dishes are cooked, serve the goat with the baked potatoes.
