Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into small slices. Marinate with yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, curry, black pepper, mixed chicken spices, and oregano. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Cook the Chicken: In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add the marinated chicken and cook until done. Add tomato sauce, cooking cream, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook on low heat until the mixture bubbles.
Assemble and Bake: Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add the chicken filling and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
