Ingredients

  2. shallot - 1 (finely diced and rinsed)
  3. Worcestershire sauce - to taste
  4. Tabasco - to taste
  5. whole grain mustard - to taste
  6. white wine vinegar - a splash

  9. soy sauce - a splash (optional, at the end)
  10. raw egg yolk - 1 (per serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: Slice the partially frozen beef fillet trim into small pieces.
