  5. egg white - 0.5 oz (15 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine the amaretto, cask-strength bourbon, lemon juice, rich syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake without ice: Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Shake with ice: Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain and serve: Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon peel and a maraschino cherry if desired.
