Instructions

  1. Prepare Fruit: Choose any fruit you like, plums are recommended for their sour taste. Grind the fruit with its peel.
  2. Cook Mixture: Put a cup of sugar and lemon juice in a pot. Let everything boil over medium heat until it starts to curdle. Keep stirring.
  3. Grease and Spread: Grease a flat surface with cocoa butter or oil. Spread the mixture out evenly.
