  6. Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons (for frying pan)
  7. Extra virgin olive oil - 7 tablespoons (for pistachio pesto)
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Pepper - to taste
  10. Water - 1 tablespoon (for pesto)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop fennel leaf like parsley and prepare other ingredients.
  2. Make Pistachio Pesto: Blend pistachios with 7 tablespoons of olive oil, adding more if needed, along with a splash of water.
  3. Cook Shrimps: Fry shrimps in 4 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice until cooked.
  4. Boil Pasta: Boil talat pasta with a generous tablespoon of salt for 6 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Mix cooked pasta with pistachio pesto, shrimps, and fennel leaf, adding pasta water as needed to achieve creamy consistency.
