  4. Onion - 1/4 (chopped)
  5. Garlic - 1 clove

  7. Fresh rosemary - watch the video to see
  8. Bay leaves - a few
  9. Pecorino cheese - watch the video to see (as much as you like)
  10. Extra virgin olive oil - watch the video to see
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chickpeas: Separate chickpeas into two portions, blend one portion into a cream.
  2. Cook Vegetables: Sauté carrot and onion with olive oil, adding bay leaves and rosemary.
  3. Make Sauce: Add crushed peeled tomatoes to cooked vegetables, then chickpeas, and simmer.
  4. Cook Pasta: Add pasta to the sauce, cook for 10 minutes, adding water as needed.
  5. Combine and Serve: Mix in chickpea cream, cook until creamy, serve with pecorino cheese on top.
