Instructions
Prepare the Meat: Choose meat with a little fat to prevent burning and enhance taste. Cut the meat into pieces based on your preference.
Marinate the Meat: Mix the cut meat with berbere spice, garlic, ginger, and a little oil. Add salt to taste. Allow it to marinate briefly if time permits.
Cook the Meat: Roast the marinated meat in a pan. Do not turn on the stove yet as other preparations are needed.
Prepare the Onions: Determine the amount of chopped onions based on the quantity of meat. Add oil and a little salt to the onions.
Cook the Onions: Turn on the stove to high and begin cooking the onions, adjusting the heat as necessary.
