Ingredients

  1. flour - 110g (for tempura batter)
  2. egg yolk - 1
  3. water - to make up to 200ml with egg yolk (combine with egg yolk to make 200ml)
  4. carrots - watch the video to see (shredded)
  5. eggplants - watch the video to see (cut into a fan shape)
  6. okra - watch the video to see (rubbed with salt and holes made)
  7. shrimp - watch the video to see (prepared for tempura)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: Mix water and egg yolk to make 200ml of liquid. Add to flour to make the tempura batter.
  2. Coat Ingredients: Coat the ingredients with flour first, then dip into the batter.
  3. Deep Fry: Fry in oil at 180°C until golden and crispy.
