Instructions
Prepare the Stuffing: Fry the onion in a little oil until wilted. Add minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and seven spices.
Stuff the Zucchini: Hollow out the zucchini and stuff with the meat mixture. Grill with a tablespoon of oil until slightly browned.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Mix yogurt with starch and whisk well. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.
Combine and Cook: Add the grilled zucchini to the yogurt sauce. Season with salt to taste. Let it cook until the zucchini is tender and the sauce thickens.
