  2. paprika - 1 teaspoon (for seasoning)
  3. salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  4. black pepper - 1 teaspoon (freshly ground)
  5. cumin - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  6. ground coriander - 1/2 teaspoon (for flavor)
  7. cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (for flavor)
  8. chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (for heat)
  9. dried oregano - 1 teaspoon (for flavor)
  10. fresh parsley - a handful (chopped)
  11. onion - 1 (grated)
  12. garlic - 2 cloves (grated)
  13. cucumber - 1 (for tzatziki)
  14. Greek yogurt - to taste (for tzatziki)
  15. dill - a handful (fresh, chopped)
  16. lemon juice - to taste (for tzatziki and garnish)
  17. olive oil - to taste (extra virgin for dressing)
  18. potatoes - 2-3 (sliced for frying)
  19. tomatoes - to taste (for salad)
  20. onion - to taste (for salad)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat: In a bowl, combine ground beef with paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chili flakes, oregano, parsley, grated onion, and grated garlic. Mix until homogeneous.
  2. Form Meat Balls: Shape the mixture into four balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare Tzatziki: Grate cucumber and mix with Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Refrigerate.
  4. Prepare Potatoes: Slice potatoes thinly and marinate in olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Grill at 180 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes.
  5. Cook the Meat: Place a meat ball on the contact grill with pita bread on top and smash until the meat is browned.
  6. Assemble the Dish: Serve the smashed meat with tzatziki, fried potatoes, cucumber salad, tomato salad, and onion salad.
