Instructions

  1. Boil eggs: Place eggs in simmering water for 4 and 1/2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. Prepare sausage meat: Remove casing from sausages and set aside.
  3. Peel and dry eggs: Once cooled, peel eggs and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Wrap eggs in sausage meat: Wrap each egg evenly in sausage meat, forming a smooth outer layer.
