  5. pumpkin seeds - 25 grams (soaked)
  6. rose petals - 5-7 grams (dried or fresh)
  7. black pepper - 5 grams (washed)
  8. poppy seeds - 50 grams (washed)
  9. stringy candy - 50 grams (ground)
  10. water - 1 glass (for soaking and blending)
  11. milk - 1 liter (boiled and skimmed cream)

Instructions

  1. Soak Ingredients: Wash and soak almonds, cashews, pistachios, coarse fennel seeds, pumpkin seeds, and rose petals for 2-3 hours.
  2. Prepare Mixture: In a bowl, combine soaked ingredients with black pepper and poppy seeds. Add enough water to submerge the mixture.
  3. Grind Ingredients: Using a mortar, grind the mixture until smooth, adding water as needed.
  4. Add Sweetness: Incorporate ground stringy candy to the mixture for sweetness.
  5. Filter Mixture: Add half a glass of water and filter the mixture using a thin cloth.
  6. Combine with Milk: Mix the filtered liquid with boiled milk, adjusting consistency as needed.
