  10. spring onion - 40 g (for salad)
  11. parsley - 1 bunch (chopped, as a substitute for coriander)

Instructions

  1. Cook Sausage: Heat a pan with oil, crumble the sausage into the pan, season with smoked paprika, and brown well.
  2. Add Spices and Wine: Add the sweet chili pepper, blend with red wine, and let the alcohol evaporate.
  3. Add Tomato Paste: Stir in the tomato paste and black pepper, mix well, and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare Salad: Chop cherry tomatoes and spring onion, mix with parsley, salt, and lime juice.
  5. Make Yogurt Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, and lime zest in a bowl and mix well.
