  3. serrano peppers - 3
  4. tomatoes - 4
  5. garlic cloves - 2
  6. zucchini - 7
  7. corn cobs - 2
  8. salt - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat: In a pot with water, add the pork ribs, a piece of onion, and a little salt. Cover and let it cook until the meat is tender.
  2. Chop Vegetables: While the meat is cooking, chop the zucchini into large pieces, slice the corn cobs, and finely chop the serrano peppers, garlic, and tomatoes.
  3. Brown the Meat: Once the meat is cooked, add the remaining onion and garlic to the pot. Let it cook for a bit.
  4. Add Corn and Zucchini: Add the corn to the pot, followed by the zucchini. Stir well to mix with the meat.
