A perfect combination of pork and spinach, stir-fried with garlic in the rich oil of thinly sliced pork belly, flavored with soy sauce and oyster sauce for depth, and finished with a quick stir-fry of spinach for a crunchy texture and subtle fragrance. Great as a side dish or a simple snack with drinks. Add crushed red pepper to taste for a spicy kick.
