Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, add the plantain flour, chili flakes, paprika, and optional salt. Mix well.
Add Water: Gradually add warm water and mix until you have a crepe-like batter that coats the back of a spoon.
First Bake: Pour half the mixture onto a baking tray lined with a silicone mat and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Cool and Cut: Once baked, let it cool slightly, then peel off the mat, trim the edges, and cut into squares.
Second Bake: Place the squares back on the tray upside down and bake for another 30 minutes until firm and crunchy.
Cool Completely: Allow the crackers to cool completely before enjoying.
