Mix Ingredients: Mix all ingredients as shown. Add water (or buttermilk) to make a thin batter.
Cook on Griddle: Sprinkle the batter over a hot griddle. If it's not a non-stick pan, spray with non-stick spray, wipe clean, and then sprinkle the batter. Apply butter or oil.
Serve: Serve hot with pickle, chutney, or use potato stuffing just as used in masala dosa.
