pineapple juice - 1 oz
pineapple - 3-4 (Chunks)
caster sugar - 2 tsp

Instructions

Muddle Pineapple: Muddle pineapple chunks with caster sugar to create a sweetened pineapple puree.
Combine Ingredients: Add light rum, coconut water, and pineapple juice. Shake with ice.
