Instructions
Boil the noodles: Stir the Lo Mein noodles in boiling water to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Once the water returns to a boil or after about 90 seconds, turn the heat to low.
Test the doneness: Test the noodles for doneness, similar to checking pasta. The noodles should be fully cooked with no white dots in the center.
Drain and cool: Turn off the heat and drain the noodles. If taking a break before stir-frying, cool the noodles down with some cold water to stop them from cooking further in the residual heat.
