  2. potato starch - 20g
  3. kuzu (kudzu) - 20g (can be found on Amazon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: Combine water, potato starch, and kuzu in a pan. Break any large pieces of kuzu before adding.
  2. Cook the Mixture: Heat the mixture on the stove at a medium-high setting (not maximum), stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Cook until the mixture starts bubbling and becomes clear.
  3. Cool and Shape: After cooking, let the mixture cool slightly. Then, measure and pour 46g to 50g of the mixture into desired shapes using molds.
  4. Bake: Bake the shaped dough at 160°C for 1 hour, then reduce the temperature to 120°C and bake for an additional hour.
