Instructions
Prepare the Sugar Base: In a glass, add about 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add Bitters and Water: Add a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters and a little bit of water to the glass.
Muddle: Use a muddling stick or a spoon to dissolve the sugar completely.
Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice to chill the cocktail.
Garnish: Rim the glass with an orange peel, activate its flavor by rubbing, and then drop it into the glass. Optionally, add a Luxardo cherry for garnish.
Serve: Give the cocktail one final stir and serve.
