Ingredients

  1. muskmelon - 1 large (1 large, use pulp and shell)
  2. sugar - 3 tablespoons (to taste, about 3 tablespoons)
  3. milk - 1.5 cups (use fresh milk)
  4. vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops (for blending)
  5. vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop (for topping)
  6. pistachios - watch the video to see (sliced, for garnish)
  7. almonds - watch the video to see (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the muskmelon: Cut off the tip of the muskmelon and make an incision to expose the seeds.
  2. Remove seeds: Scoop out all the seeds from the muskmelon using a spoon, loosening them properly.
  3. Scoop out pulp: Scoop out the muskmelon pulp carefully and set aside the shell for later use as a serving glass.
  4. Blend ingredients: In a blender, add the muskmelon pulp, sugar, milk, and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Blend well until smooth.
  5. Serve: Pour the milkshake into the muskmelon shell. Top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with sliced pistachios and almonds. Insert a straw and serve immediately.
