Instructions
Prepare the Instant Pot: Add steel cut oats and liquid (half water, half dairy-free milk) to the Instant Pot.
Cook: Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes for chewy oats, 15 minutes for slightly softer oats, or 20 minutes for really creamy oats.
Natural Release: After cooking, allow a 10 minute natural release.
Release and Serve: Release any remaining steam, open the Instant Pot, and stir the oats. Serve with additional dairy-free milk, bananas, cinnamon, brown sugar or maple syrup, and walnuts.
