Ingredients

  1. eggplant - 3
  2. red pepper - 1
  3. small green onion - 2 stalks
  4. sesame seeds - watch the video to see (as needed)
  5. soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. corn syrup - 1 tbsp
  7. sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  8. red pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  9. soy sauce (gukganjang) - 1 tsp
  10. chopped green onion - 1/2 tbsp
  11. minced garlic - 1 tsp
  12. sesame oil - 1/2 tbsp
  13. pepper - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Remove the tip of the eggplants and cut diagonally to make them thick. Cut the red pepper in half, remove seeds, and slice finely. Slice the green onions.
  2. Grill Eggplant: Put oil into a heated pan with a kitchen towel and bake eggplants back and forth until they are golden.
  3. Mix with Seasoning: Mix eggplant, seasoning, red pepper, and chives evenly in a bowl.
  4. Serve: Put all on a plate, sprinkle sesame seeds, and enjoy.
