Make the Ashta Cream: In a pot, mix 4 cups of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 6 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of rose water, and optionally 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water. Cook while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Turn off the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of butter. Cover and set aside to cool.
