  11. olive oil - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Peel, wash, and make slits in the potatoes without cutting through completely.
  2. Mix Spices: Combine dried coriander, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili seeds (optional), oregano, turmeric, and salt in a cup.
  3. Season Potatoes: Season the prepared potatoes with the spice mix, ensuring all sides are covered.
  4. Arrange in Tray: Place a piece of baking paper in a tray, arrange the potatoes with the slits facing up, and distribute rosemary and garlic cloves among them.
  5. Add Olive Oil and Bake: Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, sprinkle any remaining spice mix, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) covered with baking paper.
  6. Optional Cheese Topping: Optionally, sprinkle cheese over the baked potatoes and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
