Ingredients

  1. potato - 1 medium (peeled and cut into small cubes)
  2. zucchini - 2 medium (grated)
  3. onion - 1 small (cut into small cubes)
  4. vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons (for frying)

  6. paprika - 1 small tablespoon (for color and flavor)
  7. seven spices - a sprinkle (for seasoning)
  8. cinnamon - a sprinkle (for seasoning)
  9. black pepper - a sprinkle (for seasoning)
  10. eggs - 4 large (for frying)
  11. parsley - to taste (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and wash the potato, then cut it into small cubes. Grate the zucchini and cut the onion into small cubes.
  2. Cook the Potatoes: In a frying pan, heat less than half a cup of vegetable oil. Add the potatoes and cook until they take on color.
  3. Add the Onion: Once the potatoes are cooked, add the onion and cook until it becomes transparent.
