Instructions
Prepare saffron mixture: Grind saffron to a fine powder and mix it with rose water. Set aside.
Whip cream: Pour four cups of heavy whipping cream into a bowl and whip slightly.
Combine ingredients: Add sweetened condensed milk and the saffron-rose water mixture to the whipped cream and mix well.
Add pistachios: Incorporate pistachios into the mixture.
Freeze: Transfer the mixture to a container and cover with plastic wrap, ensuring the wrap touches the surface to prevent crystallization. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
