  1. Clean the Fish: Descale and clean the fish thoroughly since there's no boiling step in this method.
  2. Arrange Fish for Drying: Line the cleaned fish up on the drying rack of the dehydrator.
  3. Dehydrate the Fish: Put the fish in the dehydrator set at 140°F (60°C) overnight or until fully dried.
