Instructions
Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ground bread, garlic powder, cumin, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape Nuggets: Oil your hands and shape the mixture into nuggets. You can flatten the mixture and cut it into shapes if preferred.
Coat Nuggets: Dip each nugget into scrambled egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry Nuggets: Heat a small amount of high temperature oil in a pan over medium heat. Use tongs to add the nuggets to the oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve: Remove the nuggets from the oil and let them cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
