Instructions

  1. Prepare Breadcrumbs: Blend standard white bread with crusts removed in a food processor to make breadcrumbs.
  2. Blend Chicken Mixture: Add cubed chicken breast, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, white pepper, paprika, and a little salt to the food processor with breadcrumbs. Blend into a paste.
  3. Form Nuggets: Dump the chicken mixture onto parchment paper. Oil your hands and knead the mixture slightly, then flatten it out and cut into nugget shapes.
