Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of softened salted butter, a handful of finely chopped parsley, one finely chopped chili, four grated cloves of garlic, and three quarters of a teaspoon of salt.
Prepare for Chilling: Stir the mixture until well combined. Place it on a sheet of plastic wrap and give it a light spread. Roll the plastic wrap to form a log shape.
