Ingredients

  1. salted butter - 1 cup (softened)
  2. parsley - handful (finely chopped)
  3. chili - 1 (finely chopped)
  4. garlic - 4 cloves (grated)
  5. salt - 3/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of softened salted butter, a handful of finely chopped parsley, one finely chopped chili, four grated cloves of garlic, and three quarters of a teaspoon of salt.
  2. Prepare for Chilling: Stir the mixture until well combined. Place it on a sheet of plastic wrap and give it a light spread. Roll the plastic wrap to form a log shape.
  3. Chill: Tighten the ends of the plastic wrap and place the butter log in the fridge overnight to solidify.
  4. Slice and Serve: Once solid, unwrap the butter and slice it into medallions. Place on top of your favorite dishes like vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
