eggs - as needed (preferably at least a week old for easier peeling)
water - watch the video to see (enough to cover the eggs in the pot)
Instructions
Prepare for boiling: Start with cold water and eggs in the pot. Make sure the eggs are fully covered with water.
Boil the eggs: Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 8 minutes. After simmering, remove from heat and let sit in hot water for another 8 minutes.
Cool and peel: Drain hot water and run cold water over the eggs for a few minutes. Peel the eggs under water.
