Ingredients

  2. water - watch the video to see (enough to submerge the sous vide bag)

Instructions

  1. Heat water: Heat water to 212° F (100° C).
  2. Prepare spaghetti: Place spaghetti inside a sous vide bag.
  3. Cook spaghetti: Lower the bagged spaghetti into the water and cook for 7 minutes and 23 seconds.
  4. Serve: Remove the bag from the water and place the spaghetti directly onto a plate. The spaghetti should be perfectly al dente.
