Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Cut ginger and green onions into strips.
Cook Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti in boiling water on medium heat for about 20 minutes until softer.
Cook the Sauce: Heat up the oil and add the ginger on low heat. Cook until fragrant, then add green onions and cook until aromatic. Add water, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and chicken powder. Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry and drizzle some sesame oil. Plate the spaghetti and pour the sauce on top.
