  3. green coriander - 1/4 bunch (chopped)
  4. garlic - 4 cloves (crushed)
  5. hot lemons - 2 (juiced)
  6. olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for sautéing garlic)
  7. pepper paste - 1 tablespoon (sweet or hot)
  8. cumin - 1 teaspoon (ground)
  9. dried coriander - 1 teaspoon (ground)
  10. salt - to taste (to taste)
  11. garlic - 1 clove (for tahini sauce)
  12. water - 1/2 cup (equal to lemon juice)
  13. tahini - 1 cup (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into pieces.
  2. Fry Cauliflower: Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cauliflower pieces until cooked and browned.
  3. Prepare Garlic and Coriander: Crush garlic with salt and chop the green coriander.
  4. Sauté Garlic: In a separate pot, heat olive oil and sauté the crushed garlic.
