Instructions

  1. Prepare the container: Choose the brewing container, wash it, and optionally smoke it with olive tree leaves for traditional flavor.
  2. Fermentation (Metenses): Combine a smaller amount of bikil with buckthorn leaves in the prepared container, estimating the amount based on the container size. Add water according to the desired amount of tela. Stir the mixture.
  3. Seal the container: If the container is not airtight, cover it creatively to prevent air from entering. A clear plastic bag can be used for sealing if necessary.
  4. Fermentation period: Keep the container sealed for 3 days to allow fermentation.
