Instructions
Prepare the batter: Mix AP flour and salt. Add wet ingredients including eggs, egg yolks, vanilla paste, and melted French butter. Mix from the center to avoid lumps.
Cook the crêpes: Use a special crêpe pan to cook until edges are brown, then flip.
Make the sauce: Prepare orange butter sauce, add zest, cook crêpes in the sauce, and flambé with orange liqueur.
