Instructions

  1. Prepare chili butter: In a blender, combine butter, red chili, garlic, fresh parsley, some grated parmesan, black pepper, and salt. Blend until it forms a smooth butter cream.
  2. Cook beef mixture: Finely chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with the ground beef until browned and cooked through.
  3. Assemble sliders: Slice the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in an ovenproof dish. Spread burger dressing on the buns, then layer the cooked beef mixture on top.
  4. Add cheeses and pickles: Top the beef with grated mozzarella, a slice of Gouda, and some grated parmesan. Add slices of pickled cucumber on top, then place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  5. Bake sliders: Brush the tops of the buns with the prepared chili butter. Bake the sliders in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan/varmluft) until the cheese melts and the buns are lightly crispy and golden on top.
  6. Serve: Serve the sliders warm, lukewarm, or cold. They remain juicy and delicious regardless of temperature.
