Ingredients

  3. fresh chilies - 2 (whole)
  4. garlic cloves - 3 (minced or crushed)
  5. extra virgin olive oil - watch the video to see (for cooking and spread)
  6. grated parmesan - watch the video to see (for topping)
  7. tempered butter - watch the video to see (for chili garlic butter spread)
  8. burger buns - watch the video to see (slider size, tops removed)
  9. burger dressing - watch the video to see (used on buns)
  10. mozzarella - watch the video to see (red mozzarella, sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the buns: Remove the tops of the burger buns and set aside.
  2. Make chili garlic butter: Combine minced garlic, chopped fresh chilies, tempered butter, and extra virgin olive oil to create a chili garlic spread.
  3. Cook the minced meat: Mix minced meat with finely chopped onion and season as desired, then form into slider-sized patties and cook until done.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Spread burger dressing on the bottom buns, add the cooked minced meat patties, top with slices of red mozzarella and grated parmesan, then place the bun tops back on.
  5. Add chili garlic spread: Spread the prepared chili garlic butter on the inside of the bun tops or on the assembled sliders as preferred.
  6. Bake the sliders: Place the assembled sliders in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) and bake for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and warm through.
