Ingredients

  1. chicken - 500 grams (cut into very small cubes)
  2. yogurt - 1/4 cup
  3. oil - 1/4 cup (preferably olive oil)
  4. orange juice - 1/4 cup
  5. garlic - 2 cloves (grated)
  6. lemon juice - 1/2 lemon (from half a lemon)
  7. vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  8. ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  9. pomegranate molasses - 1 tablespoon
  10. soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  11. salt - 1 teaspoon
  12. garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  13. onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  14. paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  15. coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  17. shawarma seasoning - 1 tablespoon (or chicken seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Mix all ingredients except chicken to make the marinade. Add chicken cubes and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat a pan and cook the chicken until it takes on a nice color. Let it cool completely.
