Ingredients

  1. ground pork - 500 g
  2. egg - 1
  3. onions, finely grated - 2
  4. cream - 1 dl
  5. potato flour - 1 tbsp
  6. salt - 2 tsp
  7. garlic powder - 1 tsp
  8. lemon juice - from half a lemon (from half a lemon)
  9. honey - 1 tbsp
  10. ground cumin - 1 tsp
  11. turmeric - 1 tsp
  12. curry - 1 tsp
  13. chili flakes - 1 tsp
  14. ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  15. ground cloves - 1 tsp
  16. ground coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  17. paprika - 2 tsp
  18. soy sauce - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir the mixture until it becomes tough, about five minutes by hand.
  2. Refrigerate: Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Form and Fry: Form the mixture into frikababs and fry them until golden in plenty of butter and olive oil.
