Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat mixture: Mix ground beef and ground pork. Season with soy sauce, ground black pepper, onion, garlic powder, and salt. Add fresh milk or powdered milk optionally. Add bread crumbs as binder. Optionally add an egg. Mix well.
  2. Form patties: Take about two scoops of the mixture, form into a ball, then flatten into a patty. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  3. Fry patties: Heat oil in a pan and fry patties for about 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Once cooked, set aside.
  4. Sauté mushrooms: Melt butter in a pan, sauté mushrooms with a sprinkle of salt. Set aside.
  5. Make mushroom gravy: Melt butter in a pan, add flour and cook until fully cooked. Gradually add chicken or beef broth while stirring until gravy thickens. Add sautéed mushrooms back to the gravy.
