Instructions

  2. Prepare Dry and Wet Dredges: Mix semolina wheat flour, paprika, and baking powder for the dry dredge. Blend chickpeas and aqua fiber, and mix some of the dry dredge for the wet dredge.
  3. Dredging: Use a dry-wet-dry dredging method on the steamed onion.
  4. Frying: Fry the dredged onion until golden. Give it a final fry to crisp up before serving.
