  2. cleaned calamari - 300 g (300 grams, cut into 2 cm rings)
  3. cleaned anchovies - 200 g (200 grams)
  4. all-purpose flour (farina 00) - 100 g (for coating)
  5. eggs - 3 (beaten and seasoned with salt)
  6. breadcrumbs - 150 g (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare seafood: Clean the shrimp, calamari, and anchovies. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. Cut calamari into 2 cm rings.
  2. Prepare coating: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs seasoned with salt, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat seafood: Dredge the seafood pieces first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Air fry seafood: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C using the 'crispy' mode. Cook shrimp for 7 minutes, anchovies for 4 minutes, and calamari for 6 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve the fried seafood with garlic mayonnaise and lemon slices.
