  4. minced shallots - 1 tbsp (one tablespoon)
  5. mung bean - 100g (soaked, 100 grams)
  6. water - 200ml (200 milliliters)
  7. salt - 1/2 tsp (half teaspoon)
  8. sugar - 1 tsp (one teaspoon)

  10. scallion - watch the video to see (for garnish)
  11. light dipping fish sauce - watch the video to see (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Soak mung beans until soft. Mince shallots and peel shrimp.
  2. Mix and Cook: Combine peeled shrimp, stock powder, chilli powder, minced shallots, soaked mung beans, water, salt, and sugar in a pot or pan.
  3. Simmer: Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes until ingredients are well combined and cooked through.
